Resolved the following issues for the Nyquist C4000 appliance firmware (NyqUpdate-1.2.1054.tar.gz)

- Fixed an issue where random static was occurring on the Speaker and Line Out for the NQ-PAxxx series Mixer/Amplifiers.
- Fixed an issue where an Emergency-All-Call page could not be performed on the NQ-P0100 MMPA via a network PTT.
- Enhanced the NQ-GA10PV so it will automatically pick the highest compatible display mode available for the attached display.
- Fixed an issue where a Zone Page didn't resume after being interrupted by a Tone.
- Fixed an issue where the volume of audio distribution playing to all channels in a 4-channel amplifier (NQ-A4060/NQ-A4120/NQ-A4300) was inconsistent among the different channels.
- Fixed an issue where a popping noise was audible after a tone ended on 2-channel (NQ-A2060/NQ-A2120/NQ-A2300) and 4-channel (NQ-A4060/NQ-A4120/NQ-A4300) amplifiers.
- Fixed an issue where a segmentation fault occurred on a 2-channel amplifier (NQ-A2060/NQ-A2120/NQ-A2300) during application initialization.
- Fixed an issue where interrupting the audio distribution to an NQ-PAxxx series Public Address Mixer/Amplifier with an intercom call to either the Speaker Out or Line Out would cause disruption to the other output.
-  Fixed an issue where calling an NQ-PAxxx station when Audio Distribution was playing to the zone the NQ-PAxxx station is in would result in Audio Distribution not resuming for the station when the call ended.
- Fixed an issue where if an NQ-PAxxx was added to two zones and both zones where playing audio distribution, turning off audio distribution for one zone would temporarily interrupt audio distribution on the other zone.
