This patch adds support for NQ-IPHRN01 - IP Horn Speaker with Intercom.

This patch resolves the following issues found in C4000 Release 7.0.1.535:

[NYQ-7742] NWS Alerts: Fixed issue where Alert Check Interval was running every 30 seconds even if Alert Check Interval was set to a value greater than 30.
[NYQ-7743] NWS Alerts: Fixed an issue where an error message was displayed when selected Announcement to play did not have "Play to Zone" defined in the selected Announcement.
[NYQ-7745] Routines: Removed column sort on Action list view because sorting can lead to undesired/invalid action execution order.
[NYQ-7746] Users List: Fixed an issue with Users List View where "Password Last Set" time was not adjusted to local time zone.
[NYQ-7752] Fixed an issue where Grandstream HT813 FXO configuration had incorrect port set, it should now be 5061 to support SIP TLSv1.2 security, but it was set to 5060.
[NYQ-7789] Fixed an issue where importing System Backup that exceeds 2GB fails to import.
[NYQ-7821] Fixed an issue where Nyquist DHCP server not providing correct TFTP server IP address when Automatic Failover is enabled.
[NYQ-7816] Fixed an issue where long delay after making changes to zones on Amplifier devices via Simplified Configuration.
[NYQ-7752] Fixed an issue where after upgrading to C4000 7.0.1, Call Speaker Stations CoS is set to disabled by default for "Admin" CoS.
[NYQ-7903] Fixed an issue where some NQ-T1100 Admin phones not registering with Nyquist server after upgrade to release 7.0.1.535.

This patch also includes a new feature that will display "low disk space" warnings on the Nyquist server Dashboard and NQ-T1100 Admin phones if server disk space drops below approximately 20GB.

Note: This Nyquist server software patch will also automatically install a new version of firmware (NyqUpdate-5.1.6) for use by all Nyquist Appliances.
