How to apply patch: Use "System Update" in the "System Parameters" view of the Nyquist web interface.

New features added:

- New Nyquist Appliance support: NQ-EDP01, NQ-GA400P, NQ-GA40P3
- Routines: Added new function, isPageExcluded(<station-extension>) that can be called in a CODE segment of a Routine Action Condition to check if the specified <station-extension> is currently in the Paging Exclusion list (i.e., Paging disabled).

This patch resolves the following issues found in C4000 Release 5.0.0.740:

[NYQ-6445] Fixed issue where sometimes Nyquist appliance lost participation in ANS multicast.
[NYQ-6817] Fixed issue where Nyquist appliance configuration not updated when Day/Night Start system parameter is changed.
[NYQ-6839] Fixed issue where Web interface goes into exception when username and password are empty when login button pressed.

Note: This Nyquist server software patch will also automatically install a new version of firmware (NyqUpdate-3.0.628) for use by all Nyquist Appliances.
