This new Nyquist appliance firmware (NyqUpdate-2.0.623.tar.gz) provides the following fixes:

[C4000-2062] Fixed the selectable output power level settings on the NQ-GA10P/V, NQ-S1810CT/WT-G2 VoIP Speakers and NQ-GA20P2 when the appliance is in Standalone operation.
[NYQ-6441] Fixed an issue with ANS Maximum Boost value being miscalculated.
[NYQ-6442] Fixed the automatic volume adjustment issue for ANS listener on the speaker extension of Public Address Amplifier (NQ-PAxxx).
[NYQ-6453] Fixed an issue where PTT audio was not heard using Public Address Amplifier (NQ-PAxxx).
[NYQ-6454] Fixed an issue on the 4-Channel Gen1 amplifiers (NQ-A4xxx) when the source is an analog line input, where they lost the DSP routes to Channels C and D after being interrupted by network traffic.
[NYQ-6463] Fixed an issue on the 4-Channel Gen1 amplifiers (NQ-A4xxx) when the source is an analog line input, where they lost the DSP routes to Channels C and D after enabling Line-In priority in Standalone operation.
