This patch resolves the following issues found in C4000 Release 4.0.0.310:

The Web interface is currently blocking fixes/patches when SUS coverage has elapsed, while it’s the server that should decide if/when SUS coverage needs to be checked based on the intended purpose of any given fix/patch. This change will allow customers to apply applicable fixes/patches even when a systems’ SUS coverage has elapsed.
