Troubleshooter – We seek a reliable troubleshooter with the ability to diagnose and repair amplifiers, telephone paging and communications equipment. Qualifications include 5 years analog experience with knowledge of A/D testing and troubleshooting plus; electronic product repairs and test equipment proficiency. Position requires occasional lifting of products up to 50 lb.

Associate electronics degree and/or military electronics communications training a plus..

Baan Specialist and Developer – Bogen Communications is seeking Candidates for an exciting opportunity as a Baan Specialist and Developer.  This position is responsible for technical support, maintenance and new development of corporate wide Baan 4c3 ERP, E-Commerce web site http://www.bogenb2b.com/ and other third party applications.

Baan Experience:

• 5 years Distribution and Manufacturing modules functional and technical
  

• 1+ year with Baan Financial modules both functional and technical
  

• Minimum 5 years Baan experience with 3 years of Baan 4c3
  

• Very strong working experience with Baan tools, 4GL, DLL's, sessions, reports, forms, tables, indexes, messages, jobs, SQL queries, packages, modules
  

• Working experience with Baan EDI

Technical Skills:

Working experience with the following: EDI Softshare or other EDI software tools; Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise or other reporting tools (Cognos, Safari, etc.); Formscape or other document integrations software and Qkey or other Baan no-source coding software. Knowledge of Wise Framework applications, Perl, Java, HTML, JSP, Tomcat, Apache, SQL 2000, and Windows 2000 a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
  

• Provide high-level functional and technical support to identify and resolve problems on Baan and other applications in conjunction with the user community, Management and IS staff
  

• Works on complex problems of diverse scope where independent action and high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations and  action plans
  

• Manages and validates the implementation of patched, upgrades, enhancements and new features of Baan and other software applications (EDI, Formscape, Wise, etc.) through coordination with all users and IS staff to ensure proper implementation,  testing, documentation and training is performed  
  

• Identify risk and opportunities in the business that will  reduce costs, improve revenues and productivity
  

• Identification of business requirements and in devising application and programming alternatives and specifications
  

• Identifies options for potential solutions and assesses them for both technical and business suitability
  

• Analyzing new or current modules in Baan or other applications to improve the level of service and productivity for our end users
  

• Responsible for creating, changing and maintaining Baan sessions, reports, forms, tables, indexes, messages, jobs, SQL queries, packages and modules
  

• Prepares applications flow charts and logic diagrams to describe existing and proposed applications
  

• Codes, debugs, tests, and implements approved recommendations or projects
  

• Provides end user training and documentation on new or modified applications
  

• Utilizes different technologies to create, test, implement and maintain applications
  

• May require after hours and weekend support on-site
  

• Researches and learns all new emerging technologies and trends
